St. Francis of Assisi Parish is a multi-cultural community – predominantly Puerto Rican, African American and young adults – that offers a warm welcome to all.
Situated in the heart of “Brewers Hill” on the near north side of downtown Milwaukee, those who call St. Francis their home look upon themselves more as “family” than “church.”
In addition to worship services, the parish offers opportunities for service and activities within and outside of the parish community:
Free tax preparation program, prison ministry program, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Mass at and pastoral care to the Plymouth Manor Nursing Home.
