St. Francis of Assisi Parish has a vibrant Spanish-language ministry serving Spanish-speakers in the Milwaukee area. The Parish has a sizeable Spanish-speaking population, mainly Puerto Rican, and offers a 10:10 a.m. Sunday Mass in Spanish. The Mass includes bilingual parts in important segments of the Mass, for those who do not know Spanish.
The Hispanic Ministry of St. Francis Parish serves the Spanish-speaking community through opportunities to grow in faith and service. Since the parish’s Hispanic population is mostly Puerto Rican, a major annual celebration is held in June in honor of St. John the Baptist, the patron saint of Puerto Rico.
